At Endeavor Academy, we provide a dynamic and innovative educational experience for students in grades 3-12. We make learning fun and meaningful, ensuring students develop a lifelong love of learning, equipping them to achieve their goals and overcome future challenges.

Grades 3-8

At Endeavor Academy, our day is structured into four engaging parts: Unite, Conquer, Collaborate, and Innovate.

We start with Unite, a time to build community through team-building, problem-solving, and social-emotional learning.

During Conquer, students focus on individual goals in core subjects like math, language arts, and writing, with multiple programs available to support mastery. Students are encouraged to explore foreign languages, coding and geography as well.

Collaborate is the time where students work together on science, history, art, music, and debate—choosing topics and demonstrating learning in creative ways.

We also partner with LifeHubEducation, where students gain real-world experience in financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and career readiness. Students have the opportunity to earn up to $40 each month on their Life Hub Visa Rewards card as they complete assigned tasks.

The day concludes with Innovate, a project-based learning time where students tackle real-world challenges through self-driven projects like game development, photography, engineering challenges and more.

High School Reimagined

At Endeavor Academy, high school isn’t just about textbooks and tests—it’s about building your future in a way that works for you!

We offer two amazing pathways:

Acellus Academy – Earn a fully accredited high school diploma with a flexible, self-paced curriculum.
Smarter by One Degree – Take it up a notch and earn a Bachelor's degree while completing high school!

How It Works:

Students complete assignments at home, giving them the flexibility to learn at their own pace.
Mondays – Meet up to plan the week and dive into collaborative projects like theater, art, and coding.
Thursdays – Come together to wrap up the week, work on group projects, and share progress.
Fridays (select dates) – Take learning beyond the classroom with exciting field trips, job shadowing professionals, and real-world career prep like resume building and interview practice.

Endeavor Academy isn’t just about getting a diploma—it’s about preparing for success in college, careers, and life.

Field Trips

Our educational adventure extends beyond the classroom with exciting field trips and community service projects that bring learning to life. Each year, students work together to choose from a variety of engaging field trip options, making their learning experience truly personalized. Past trips have included Kartchner Caverns, where they explore underground geology, the Bio Dome for an up-close look at ecosystems, and the Arizona Science Center, where hands-on exhibits spark curiosity. Other favorites include Liberty Wildlife Rescue and the Phoenix Zoo for unforgettable animal encounters, as well as the Pioneer Living History Museum, where students step back in time to experience life in the 1800s.

We also collaborate with other microschools for fun and engaging events like our Fall Festival and Spring Field Day, where students connect, compete, and celebrate together. These experiences go beyond just fun—they foster teamwork, communication, and compassion, helping students build lasting friendships and real-world skills. At Endeavor Academy, we believe learning should be an adventure, both in and out of the classroom!
